Q: Do you offer mentorship?
A: Although I offer mentorship, it is during a very structured time of consideration. When it is offered, the link will always be given in the free Hoodoo newsletter.
Q: I haven't received the newsletter. What do I do?
A: Sometimes, subscribers mistakenly unsubscribe. If you have not gotten the newsletter at least once a moth there are two options: Resubscribe, or join Patreon. Patreon members get the newsletters sent out, plus a lot more

Q: How do I get updates on my order?
A: Once your order ships, it will be notified to you via email. Please note it may take up to 6 full weeks for it to be conjured over, and more if it is a custom product as this is not regular oils and have spiritual energy attached. We take our work very seriously here, and will not send anything we wouldn't use ourselves. ALL ORDER UPDATES COME VIA EMAIL FROM BEGINNING TO END. This means, as your order is processed, when the label is created, when it ships, will all come via email.
***As you can imagine, answering status questions can slow down the process of packaging and conjure, so we ask that you view your email for status questions as it will be the exact same information we provide. Also, if you are moving or will not be home, please understand we can and will only go by the address on your order for liability purposes. This means it will be your responsibility to intercede, forward, or anything of the like, change in addresses UNLESS it is due to our error.
Q: How do I contact you directly?
A: Customer service reps are available during business hours. We do ask you send us only one message per concern and we will reply within 24 hours. Q: Are there any sooner reading appointments that what is shown on the calendar?
A: At this time, we open the calendar for a few months at a time, and are on a first come first serve time frame.
Please note that only those who are mentees, have had prior divination completed, or are patreon members may take classes (patreon can take patreon eligible material). Classes are held twice a month. Patreon classes are available once a month. Patreon classes will say "Patreon" within the title. Those enrolled will receive a link via email, and all classes are recorded. Classes also come with book material and are anywhere from 2-4 hours each. Other ways one may take classes are to become a mentee (if an opening is available) or to have a "class divination" completed. Both are booked under READINGS below.
